Chocolate Cake From Scratch

I think there are very few things as satisfying as baking. Taking a few minutes to produce some lovely, delicious baked thing from scratch is awesome – I consider it my therapy. But just because I love to bake doesn’t mean I necessarily want to tackle very difficult projects – which is why I love layer cakes so much.
Sure it takes a little bit of knowledge – but quite honestly making a great chocolate cake recipe is so very simple. This is not only a delicious, moist and easy chocolate cake, it’s simple enough to be the perfect chocolate cake recipe for the beginner. If you’re more experienced however, you’ll find this one of the best chocolate cake recipes period – don’t let the simplicity stop you.
This chocolate cake is incredibly moist, with a fine texture. It’s not fancy – I think of these simple, classic layer cakes as ‘homey’ or ‘church supper’ kinds of cakes – the kind that you’d get a big wedge of to have with a giant glass of milk. Of course if you are handier and more talented than I am you can decorate it to your heart’s content – but it’s not necessary. A simple layer of chocolate buttercream frosting, and you’re good to go.
Give this delicious, moist, easy chocolate cake a try. I promise you’ll be glad you did!

Well I like ur chocolate cake very much. Main thing is every dry
ingredients are all mixed properly.with themobeater or wire whisker. But
still won’t granuals of cocoa be left.
Right now I don’t have same size tin for baking. But I do have Pyrex 8″
square which is double same size. Can I use bread knife to sandwich with
frosting icing. Well I don’t know how to whip up icing mostly butter is
churned while beating. Pls tell me exact ratio of icing chocolate cake as I
have never done before. I am knew in this line. At times while we add
liquid in cake batter cake turns out moist. If I can have written recipe in
my mail by u . I will be highly obliged. I just want to know in frosting if
we could add both cocoa and coffee won’t it be better. That also how much
    in proportion?
    Pls let me knw
    Thanks
